I have to say, I was pretty confident with my workflow, maybe too much. I learned that there is no harm in being too careful before deleting photos.

I am very jealous of this shot. I tried to capture the mountains, the flowers, and the mountains with the flowers and it was all just impossible. You got a great still hand, an eye for focus, and great technical capabilities!

Ok, what professional photographer puts him camera on a pile of clothing to capture the moon? You. I thought there was no way you were going to get this shot and darn, I don't know how you do it, but you got me good and the eclipse. But I'm happy to hear you are going to invest in a tripod finally.

There were so many tourists snapping away with their cameras and I was one too but my photos didn't turn out like yours. I love the feeling you have captured with the dancers; the emotions via body and facial expressions. And then there is a guy walking by and he couldn't help but to stop and look. You captured it all so well done.

After seeing this photo, I truly believed you are a professional. This part of the city is not very nice; I remember how dirty and smelly it was. Regardless, you attempted to take shots of this neighborhood and I was thinking you were just wasting your time. You got me at hello with this photo.

I admire your talent to see beyond the obvious. There were tons of tourists taking pics of the natural arch nearby and you decided just to come and take a photo of this rock instead. I was scratching my head at first but now that I see the finished product, it really captures a moment of tranquility.

Yes, a tripod will definitely help for the next lunar eclipse in December. A 70-200 F2.8 with a 2X converter would be another great addition if I had an extra $3000 ;)

it's right that with the tripod the result will be so much sharper (ISO100 / f11) ! :)
it's not too much blury though

I am actually looking at the Manfrotto 190CXB3 Carbon fiber since I read it's a lot lighter and even sturdier!
